Step 1: Submission Creation

The submission author fills in the submission form.

Step 2: Review Submission

The administrator reviews the submission. The administrator could be a staffmember or committee chair, etc. The administrator is the process manager. The admin may rejuct some submissions from the process prior to scoring.

Step 3: Score Submission

The sumission is scored by judges. A judge would typically be a committee member, subject matter expert or even a staff member.

Step 4: Approve Submission

Once the submissions are scored, the admin or chair can select winner and reject others.

Step 5: Winner Accepts Invite

Winners are invited to present and/or to accept the terms related to winning. At this point the winners can accept or decline as the final submission step. Every step is tracked and you can manage email communication to the submission authors in the system.
