How Badge Printing Works
This template is for your badge BACKGROUND only. You are NOT designing attendee badge label information (attendee name, company, QR codes, etc.) here.
That information is printed separately onsite as a label and applied to your badge.
Important
Your badge consists of two separate parts.
- Badge Background (You Design This Below)
- Logos
- Colors
- Branding
- Attendee Label (We Print This Onsite)
- Name
- Company
- QR/Barcode
Common Mistakes
Common mistakes that WILL cause printing issues:
- Including specific attendee information or data in the design (names, titles, etc.)
- Designing a full badge expecting it to print onsite
- Not including a label print area
- Placing logos or text inside the label area
